CMM - Measurement
Following control tests during the manufacturing process, the final measurement and validation of our production are carried out using portal CNC coordinate measuring machines (CMMs)
In mechanical engineering, tactile (“touch probe”) measurement methods are still considered the most accurate solution for the geometric measurement of high-precision parts. Most of our partners exclusively accept measurement reports generated using this technology.

CMM measurements are performed by our CAD/CAM laboratory engineers using TouchDMIS software. In most cases, evaluations are carried out directly by comparing the manufactured part with the 3D CAD model.
Particularly big parts, including the ones with several meters size, are measured using a manual portable measuring arm. Although its measurement accuracy is lower compared to CNC systems, larger components generally allow wider tolerance ranges. In addition, thanks to the mobility of the measuring arm, inspections can be performed directly at any location. Full measurement reports are also issued performed with the measuring arm, as with CNC measurements.

We measure not only individual parts, but also complete fixtures, jigs, and reference standards. In addition to geometric measurements, we also perform hardness testing and surface roughness measurements.
Beyond internal quality self-checks, our measurement laboratory also offers subcontract measurement services and reverse engineering solutions to support our partners with a wide range of inspection requirements.
