CNC Machining

To provide our partners with the widest possible range of services, we continuously develop our CNC manufacturing and machining technologies. Below you can find an overview of our key CNC machining capabilities. Detailed technical specifications of our machines are available under the Machine Park menu.

CNC-Milling

Our largest machining capacity is provided by 16 milling machines. Our machine park includes 3-axis, 4-axis, and simultaneous 5-axis CNC milling machines. Our machining range covers everything from small parts up to extremely large workpieces measuring 3200 × 2300 × 1020 mm, with a maximum workpiece weight of 10 tons. Detailed machine specifications can be found under the Machine Park menu.

CNC-Turning

In addition to milling, we also offer extensive turning capacities across a wide size range. Several of our lathes are equipped with live-tool turret heads, allowing the production of far more complex components beyond simple rotationally symmetrical parts. Besides custom-made and small-series production, we also undertake larger-volume series manufacturing on our CNC turning machines.

CNC-Wire EDM

Alongside conventional machining technologies, we operate several EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) systems. Wire EDM enables the high-precision machining of extremely hard materials and sharp-edged contour geometries, including fully through-cut profiles. Our wire EDM machines are complemented by dedicated start-hole drilling equipment.

CNC-Solid Spark EDM

Similar to wire EDM, the sinker EDM technology complements traditional machining processes. This vibration-free machining technology enables extremely precise manufacturing, even when processing the hardest metals. We also use this technology for producing sharp internal pockets.

CNC-Coordinate Measuring

Final inspection of our production is carried out using bridge-type CNC coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). We provide our partners with official measurement reports and inspection documentation. You can read more about our CMM metrology laboratory HERE.

Laser Welding

Cost-effective production and repair of tooling is closely connected to tool manufacturing, and one of the most efficient technologies for this purpose is laser welding. Using our high-performance laser welding systems, we perform precise additive tool repairs, including fine welding processes without filler material when required. Due to the minimal heat input of the process, tool accuracy is maintained, and service life can be significantly extended, while achieving considerable time and cost savings compared to manufacturing new tools.

Abrasive Machining

To achieve highly accurate dimensions and superior surface quality, we operate a modern and comprehensive grinding machine park. We provide both surface grinding and cylindrical grinding services for small and large workpieces as well. Properly ground plate and cylindrical surfaces play a critical role in the overall precision of tools and fixtures.
